Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of 10x Engine, provided by BIAMI.io, a company in the United Kingdom (“BIAMI”, “we”). By using 10x Engine you agree to them. Commercial customers are also bound by the BIAMI Terms and any Order Form, which take precedence if they conflict with this page.
1. The service
10x Engine is an AI growth engine for B2B teams and agencies: it helps you find buyers and run outreach campaigns. You can sign in with Google and import Google Sheets as lists within campaigns.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorised to act for your organisation.
3. Your data and Google access
You own your data. You give us permission to process it to provide the service. If you connect Google Drive or Sheets, we access only the files you select, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time in your Google account.
4. Acceptable use
You will not use 10x Engine to break the law, send spam or unlawful marketing, contact people without a lawful basis under applicable laws (including GDPR, PECR and CAN-SPAM), infringe others’ rights, upload malware, or disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of your campaigns and lists.
5. Fees
Paid plans are charged as set out in your Order Form or plan. Pre-launch partner access may be provided on special terms we agree with you.
6. Availability and warranties
We work to keep 10x Engine available but provide it “as is”, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, to the extent the law allows. AI-generated content should be reviewed before you send it.
7. Liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited as set out in the BIAMI Terms.
8. Termination
You may stop using 10x Engine at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Contact: ask@biami.io.
